Both the Barton County Commission and the Great Bend City Council meet Monday.
The Barton County Commission will meet at 9 a.m. Monday at the Barton County Courthouse, 1400 Main in Great Bend. he agenda includes a Sons of the American Revolution, Sons of the Plains Chapter Heroism Award to Sheriff’s Office Detective David Paden, the dedication of the second Golden Belt Veterans memorial stone and the continuation of the agreement for physical capacity profile testing with Workfit.
The Great Bend City Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the City Office, 1209 Williams. The agenda includes a public hearing for the Reserves at Trail Ridge Rural Housing Incentive District, Events Center improvements and professional service proposals for Brit Spaugh Zoo improvement.
