The Barton County Commission will meet at 9 a.m. Monday at the Barton County Courthouse, 1400 Main in Great Bend. The agenda includes approval of the 2016 budget, the capital improvement and equipment replacement plans and an agreement with  Southwest Developmental Services to be the Community Developmental Disability Organization for the County.
