The Barton County Commission will meet Monday morning and the Great Bend City Council will meet Monday evening.

The Barton County Commission will meet at 9 a.m. Monday at the Barton County Courthouse, 1400 Main in Great Bend. The agenda includes the inventory of county property, an appointment to the Memorial Parks Advisory Committee and a program update from Health Director Shelly Schneider.

The Great Bend City Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the City Office, 1209 Williams. The agenda includes Job Fest sponsorship, a change of date for the next council meeting due to Presidents Day, the purchase of another power cot for a Great Bend Fire Department ambulance and a proposed trip for city officials to Washington, D.C.
