The Barton County Commission will meet Monday morning and the Great Bend City Council will meet Monday evening.

The Barton County Commission will meet at 9 a.m. Monday at the Barton County Courthouse, 1400 Main in Great Bend. The agenda includes a state of disaster emergency from the May 16 tornado, Cottonwood Extension District Board appointments and a  resolution amending the county’s zoning regulations.

The Great Bend City Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the City Office, 1209 Williams. The agenda includes a report on the men’s and women’s Oxford houses, the final change order for the band shell improvement project, an unsafe and dangerous structure at 1217 Madison and an executive session.
