The Barton County Commission will meet at 9 a.m. Monday at the Barton County Courthouse, 1400 Main in Great Bend. The agenda includes the cooperative effort to repair drainage issues at Bissell’s Point in Great Bend Township, granting Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, as an employee holiday and removing Martin Luther King Day from the holiday listing in 2019, and requests for proposal for county trash hauling service.
