The Barton County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a wanted person. Brandon Dannebohm has several warrants including a “No Bond Probation Violation” and “Possession of Methamphetamine”. Dannebohm is known to carry a firearm and should be considered armed and dangerous.
On May 20 of this year, Dannebohm was arrested for the no bond warrant for probation violation and possession of methamphetamine in rural Barton County after the Barton County Sheriff’s office, the Great Bend Police, and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation executed one of three search warrants.  Drug paraphernalia and controlled substances were found at all three locations.
On June 14, 2013, The Great Bend Tribune reported Dannebohm had been apprehended by Great Bend Police when he was found sleeping in a vehicle within the city limits, after fleeing and eluding police May 20, 2013.  He and accomplice Tonya Cope ran from police as they arrived at a residence in the county, abandoning a 5-year-old child in the vehicle.
If you have any information regarding the location of Dannebohm, you are asked to contact Crime Stoppers of Great Bend at 620-792-1300 or 1 800 305 1300 or local law enforcement. Remember we don’t want you name, just your information.
