The Dominican Sisters of Peace will not hold an in-person missions bazaar this year, due to COVID-19. However, the sisters will hold the first Great Bend Raffle-Only Bazaar, benefitting their missions in Nigeria and to the economically poor.

Tickets are $1 each or six for $5 and may be purchased online as oppeace.org until the drawing on Nov. 14.

Prizes include a bracelet valued at $1,900, a ring valued at $1,400, a hand-stitched quilt, four quarters of beef, an original hand-sculpted Santa, an original hand-turned wooden bowl, a Fender guitar, two gift baskets containing homemade items, a handmade wooden child’s rocker, two $75 cash prizes, three $50 cash prizes and two $50 Walmart gift cards.
