Dr. Mark Sarver, chief executive office of eduKan, joined a panel of expert on educational analytics at the 2013 CES HigherEdTECH Summit, Jan. 10 in Las Vegas, Nev.
Sarver discussed eduKan’s successful use of analytics to track student progress in distance education to improve student retention, identify at-risk students, and better manage learning outcomes.
EduKan is a consortium of colleges in Kansas, including Barton Community College.
HigherEdTECH was presented by Living in Digital Times and brought together the educators, journalists, high tech experts and policymakers changing higher education. It also showcased the latest technologies and digital services.
