Recently Great Bend Middle School held a school fundraiser in which 183 of the students sold two items or more. As a reward for their efforts, those students attended a BMX bike and inline skate show provided by Lone Star Action Sports.
The students were treated to high-flying stunts provided by Jaren “The Monster” Grob, Jon Shaw and Jack Fahey.
Students who sold 15 items or more had a front-row seat to the show and attended a meet-and-greet afterwards.
In addition to entertaining the students, the group spoke about making the right decisions from the protective gear they wore during the show to staying away from drugs and working hard in school. One of the highlights of the show was Grob flipping over GBMS Principal David Reiser and giving him a high five.
