Ottawa University announces that Alissa Heilman, of Great Bend, has been named to the Dean’s List for the fall of 2014. To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must be degree-seeking, have earned a minimum of 24 hours over the preceding two semesters at Ottawa University, and earned a semester grade point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale.
