TOPEKA — Washburn University Institute of Technology student Gregory Keenan of Great Bend is the recipient of the Kansas Building Services Scholarship, the Rita C. and Paul B. Etzel Scholarship and the Joint Economic Development Organization/GO Topeka Scholarship.
Keenan is a student in the commercial and heavy construction program. Selection for the awards is based on grades, attendance and instructor recommendations.
