The Western Kansas Chapter of API scholarships

The Western Kansas Chapter of API held their annual scholarship night on June 28,  at Stone Ridge Golf Club. They presented six scholarships, $1,000 per year for a term of 4 years. Keegan Blackwell from Hoisington High School will attend Kansas State University and study Engineering; Colton Lagerman from Great Bend High School will attend Kansas University and study Chemical Engineering; Kaitlynn Bradshaw from Hill City High School will attend Kansas State University and study Biochemistry; Logan Zecha from Great Bend High School will attend Kansas State University and study Engineering; Trevor Smyres from Little River High School will attend Kansas State University and study Agriculture Economics; David Moeder from Thomas More Prep Marian at Hays will attend Kansas University and study Petroleum Engineering.
The Western Kansas Chapter of API will have 19 students on scholarship this upcoming school year. Sponsers of the annual golf tournament support these scholarships.
