Western Kansas Manufacturers Association, sponsor of the 3i SHOW, is proud to continue their support of students from Western Kansas continuing their education at area community colleges, technical schools and universities through the annual scholarship program. Congratulations to the following 2010-2011 scholarship recipients:
Barton County Community College $500 scholarship to Brent Chisholm. Brent graduated from Great Bend High School and is a majoring in ag business.
Dodge City Community College $250 scholarship to Eric Granlund. Eric is a Dodge City High School December graduate majoring in computer science.
Garden City Community College $500 scholarship to Brett Robinson. Brett graduated from Holcomb High School and is majoring in engineering.
Northwest Kansas Technical School $500 scholarship to Rosa Sandoval. Rosa graduated from Goodland High School and is majoring in business technology.
Fort Hays State University $700 scholarship to Tonya Meeker. Tonya graduated from Great Bend High School and is majoring in marketing.
Kansas State University $700 scholarship to Luke Dinkel. Luke graduated from Garden City High School and is majoring in mechanical engineering.
University of Kansas $700 scholarship to Michael Stejskal. Michael graduated from Larned High School and is majoring in business.
Scholarship funds for the current school year are still available at North Central Kansas Technical College and Seward County Community College/Area Tech School. Qualifying students are residents of Western Kansas who have graduated from a Western Kansas high school. Scholarship applications should be made directly through the individual school’s financial aid or scholarship department.
