The Ellinwood City Council will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at the Ellinwood City Office, 104 E. 2nd St., to discuss the city’s intent to exceed the revenue-neutral rate, and for discussing and approving the proposed 2022 budget. 

At the conclusion of those items, the council will also discuss cost increases in the employee health insurance plan, though no action is expected to be taken on this item at the meeting.
