The Ellinwood Knights of Columbus will hold a Soup Sampler from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at St. Joseph Parish Center, 110 W. 2nd in Ellinwood. 

A variety of soups will be available to sample. Meal includes dessert and drink. A free will donation will be accepted. Proceeds will go to the K of C Scholarship fund.
