The Kansas Highway Patrol responded to a one vehicle fatal crash at 2:10 p.m. on Saturday.
A 2008 Toyota van, driven by Henry Hildebrandt, 61, of Ness City was southbound on South Topeka. Due to unknown medical condition the vehicle went left of center and bounced the curb into driveway of residence, continuing until the vehicle came in contact with the front of the house.
Hildebrandt was taken to Ness County Hospital.
Hildebrandt was wearing his seat belt.
