First Christian Church, 5230 Broadway Ave., will be a place to pick up candy on Halloween. The church will hold its annual Trunk or Treat event from 4-6 p.m. in the parking lot.
Ashton Fox from the youth group said some people will even decorate their car trucks, “and kids can get candy.”
Children are invited to wear their costumes. While they are there, families can purchase a pumpkin from the Pumpkin Patch or take some family photos.
The Pumpkin Patch remains open Sunday through Friday from noon to 8 p.m., and this Saturday it will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
