The My Backyard Playground outside the GBRC Activity Center was a busy place Thursday after children were dismissed from school early and temperatures reached the upper 60s. (Inside the Activity Center, children were making cardboard snowmen and other winter crafts.) There will be no school Friday but the temperature will be in the 40s — still warm enough for some outdoor fun.
