At 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, the GBHS Orchestra will perform its fall concert in the high school auditorium. Featured selections are themes from the master choral work “Gloria” by Antonio Vivaldi and the “Peer Gynt Suite No. 1” by Edvard Grieg. The program will also include a lively “Irish Reel,” the bombastic “Toccatina” of William Hofeldt, and a spooktacular piece inspired by classic zombie movies that will be frightening as well as entertaining.
