The Great Bend Recreation Commission board will hear an update on the progress of the turf installation project at the Great Bend Sports Complex when it meets at 4 p.m. Monday at the Carl Soden Recreation Center, 1214 Stone St.

Also on the agenda, the board will be asked to approve a bid on Rec youth team T-shirts, as well as hearing information regarding the request for purchase of a new piece of musical equipment at MyBackyard Playground due to vandalism of an existing piece of equipment.

In addition, the board will hear monthly reports from program directors and from Executive Director Diann Henderson.
