The Great Bend City Council will hold a budget hearing at 7 p.m. Monday at the City office, 1209 Williams. The council’s regular meeting will follow at 7:30 p.m. The agenda includes an increase in water rates, an update on the old opera house building and the city’s 2014 audit.
