The Great Bend Post Office, 2100 16th St., will be open for business with special holiday hours for patrons’ shipping convenience. In addition to its regular hours, the Post Office will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 12 and again on Sunday, Dec. 19.

The post office will close at 3 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 24, and will be closed on Christmas Day.

For timely arrival before Christmas, ship gifts and cards no later than the following dates:

• Dec. 13 for Priority Mail Express International

• Dec. 17 for domestic first-class postage service

• Dec. 18 for Priority Mail

• Dec. 20 for Global Express Guaranteed

• Dec. 23 for Priority Mail Express
