The Hoisington City Council will meet on Monday at 7 p.m. at the Hoisington Municipal Building.  The agenda includes the consideration of an ordinance to rezone property from R-1 to C-2, comments from citizens concerned about duplex construction on Fourth and Maple, and continued discussion of a proposed blight partnership program.
