Human trafficking, cyber security topic of program Sunday afternoon

 HOISINGTON – The Emmanuel Lutheran Church Women are offering a program on stopping human trafficking, cyber safety and the impact at the local and state levels. It will take place at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 6, at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 11th and Vine in Hoisington.

Speakers will include: Jennifer Rapp, spokesperson and deputy director of the Anti-human Trafficking Unit with the Kansas Attorney General’s Office; Great Bend Police detective Heather Smith; and Marissa Woodmansee, interim director of the Juvenile Services for the 20th Judicial District.
