The Kansas Honor Flight organization was at the Pawnee County Fair for an ice cream social last Thursday.  Carl Brandt, Mike Brandt’s uncle, is a Korean veteran, and he made the ice cream cart and restores Cushman scooters as a hobby. Crowell and Richard Brandt are Carl Brandt’s children. The cart, pictured below, is used to promote and raise money for the organization.
