Crime Stoppers of Barton County and Great Bend is seeking information about the theft of a green Lowe jon boat and trailer, with a tarp. The boat was stolen sometime between Sept. 22 and 25 from a residence at 2800 Williams St. in Great Bend.
Sheriff Brian Bellendir, speaking for Crime Stoppers, said the boat had been parked on the north side of the residence for a long time. The owner has the registration and serial number for the boat. Loss of these items was $1,250.
