Great Bend High School freshmen band members, drum majors and section leaders will meet Tuesday through Thursday, Aug. 8-10, in the GBHS Band Room from 8-11:30 a.m. and 1-3 p.m.
Freshmen and Varsity members will also meet on Aug. 11 and Aug. 14-16 from 8-11:30 a.m. and 1-3 p.m.
On Monday, Aug. 21, there will be a performance for the USD 428 faculty and staff. Band members will meet at 7:30 a.m. and they will be done by 8:30 a.m.
Rehearsals are mandatory for all band students who wish to travel with the band to the Labor Day Parade and the Kansas State Fair.
Uniform checkout will take place during the camp times.
Jazz Band members will have practice on Aug. 17 from 1-2:15 p.m. to prepare for the high school Open House and other fall activities.
