Kans for Kids golf tournament slated

Both current and future Barton County children diagnosed with cancer will benefit from the fifth annual Spring Kans for Kids Golf Tournament to be held Friday, May 10, at The Club at StoneRidge in Great Bend. There will be a shotgun start at 1 p.m. The four-person team fee includes a cart and meal. A raffle and auction will be held following golf.

Kans for Kids is currently providing assistance for 10-year-old Kadin White, Great Bend, who was diagnosed with leukemia in October of 2012. He is the son of Dustin and Briana White. Kadin will be undergoing treatment in Wichita for the next two years.
