Otis perennial event Old Iron Days set for April 26-28

OTIS — The perennial Otis Old Iron Days event kicks off with a pancake feed ushering in three days of community family fun.

The pancake feed sponsored by the Otis Lions Club is set for 6-8 p.m. April 26 at the Otis City Park and features live music from the Off Duty band.

On April 27, the car and tractor show begins at 10 a.m. and runs until 2 p.m. Military vehicles, the Otis Fire Department and a blacksmithing demonstration are included among the showpieces at the park.

The parade of vehicles starts at 2:30 p.m., followed by the Mountain Man Rendezvous, kids’ games, vendors and Rush County displays at the Senior Center.

The event concludes Sunday, April 28 with community worship at 10:30 a.m.
