School board to look

at LMS math curriculum

The math curriculum at Larned Middle School is one item on the agenda for the November meeting of the Board of Education of USD 495, Larned. The board will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at district offices, 120 East Sixth St.

Also on the agenda are the Junior City Council, laptop disbursement, Midwest Energy grants and bus bids; as well as reports from building principals, Superintendent Jon Flint and directors of various departments for the district. A board discussion of an assessment project is also slated.

One closed session for dealing with a matter concerning non-elected personnel also is scheduled.
