Marching Panthers from Great Bend High School received a “I” rating at the Western Athletic Conference Marching Band Festival on Tuesday, Oct. 16. The show was “The Music of John Williams.” Other schools awarded “I” were Garden City and Dodge City. “II”s went to Hays and Liberal.
