HOISINGTON — A Big Dog motorcycle crashed at Susank Road and NE 230 Rd. when it struck a sandy/dirt patch on the highway Sunday afternoon. According to a report by the Barton County Sheriff’s Office, driver Curtis Davis of Hoisington lost control of the motorcycle at about 4:30 p.m., slid onto its side digging into the road causing it to flip onto its other side. Davis and passenger Sandra Davis slid into the ditch. Sandra Davis landed against a county sign.
They were transported to Clara Barton Hospital in Hoisington where they were treated and released. The motorcycle was removed by the owner. They were not wearing helmets.
