ST. JOHN – The Lucille M. Hall Museum for Education and History in St. John was awarded a $500 grant from Golden Belt Community Foundation. These funds will go toward video equipment for their multicultural video/photography project.

The project is a multi-year, two-part project – film and photography – that each year will tell a more complete visual and audio history of our county, and thus, the State of Kansas.

They were able to purchase six of the 10 items on their list of needed items: projector screen, projector, external hard drive, two USB drives, auxiliary cable, and sim card reader.

Golden Belt Community Foundation believes “the dreams we share unite us, inspire us, and drive us toward a bold vision for the future. We are stronger working together in order to leverage the resources of diverse partners and maximize our organizational capacity and community impact.”
