The young lady, right, is Emma Nienke seen standing here with her mom Angie Zink. Emma gave the second cake she won on the cake wheel to the ladies she didnt know seated at the table. The ladies were visiting after eating lunch at the St. Joseph Festival on Sunday, They thanked Emma for the nice gesture. Emma is a student at St. Joseph School and is also the daughter of Mike Nienke of Ellinwood. It was an unseasonably warm day when the annual st. Joseph Festival, hosted by the Altar Society, was held earlier this month. The winner of the quilt drawing was Paul Schlochtermeier.
