HOISINGTON — The Hoisington High School Cardinal Debate Team is looking for volunteers to judge at the Garrett Blase Memorial Open Debate Tournament on Saturday, Sept. 22.  Experience is not necessary.  A training session and materials will be provided.
Schools from around Kansas scheduled to compete at the tournament include Bucklin, Colby, Ellinwood, Garden City, Great Bend, Kingman, Larned, Liberal, Pratt, Salina-South, Scott City, Sterling and TMP-Marian.

Hoisington Library enrolling for Story Time
HOISINGTON — The Hoisington Public Library is currently enrolling 4 and 5 year olds not in kindergarten for Story Time.
The group meets at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, beginning on Sept. 18. A variety of activities are planned. Call 620-653-2496 for more information.

Ellinwood Library enrolling for Storytime
ELLINWOOD — The Ellinwood School/Community Library is enrolling for Storytime. They will begin on Oct. 4 and run through Dec. 14.
