HOISINGTON — The Hoisington Recreation Commission has some trips planned in the next few months.

On June 30, HRC will travel to see "The Odd Couple" at the Wichita Crown Uptown Dinner theater. The classic comedy is about a group of guys who get together for cards in the apartment of divorced Oscar Madison. Late to arrive is Felix Unger who has just been separated from his wife. Fastidious, depressed and none too tense, Felix seems suicidal, but as action unfolds, Oscar becomes the one with murder on his mind when the clean-freak and the slob ultimately decide to room together with hilarious results. The cost is $40 per person, and the deadline to sign-up is June 4. The bus will leave at 8:30 a.m.

On July 12, HRC will travel to Boot Hill Casino in Dodge City. Cost is $15. Deadline to sign-up is July 1. The bus will leave at 8:15 a.m.

Travel with the HRC to watch the Kansas City Royals take on the Tampa Bay Rays on July 24 at Kansas City. Seating is lower level and under the awning. The bus will leave HAC at 6:30 a.m. and will stop along the way for necessary breaks. Meals are not included. Game is at 1:10 p.m. The fee is $50 person, and the deadline to sign-up is July 1.
