Olmitz man injured in vehicle accident

An Olmitz man was injured in a one-vehicle accident Friday evening near Olmitz, the Kansas Highway Patrol reported.
The KHP responded to scene at 10:10 p.m. Friday in the 900 Block of NW 140 Road, three miles northwest of Olmitz.
According to the KHWP, a 2005 GMC Sierra driven by Kolton Nettleingham, 21, Olmitz, was eastbound on NW 140 Road. Nettleingham was driving too fast for conditions and lost control on the sand road, entered the south ditch, and the vehicle overturned.
Nettleingham was taken to Clara Barton Hospital for his injuries.
The passengers in the vehicle, Lucas Flagor, 20, Emmalee Holl, 18, and Jocelynn Pedigo, 17, all of Hoisington, were not injured. All occupants of the vehicle were wearing their seat belts.
