ELLINWOOD — The Twilight Stitchers Quilt Guild have set up their beautiful display of quilts in the library! This year they have made an “Opportunity Quilt” that is being used for an Anna Fisher Fundraiser. Anna has been diagnosed with Hepatocellular Carcinoma, a form of liver cancer. All funds will be going to Anna to help with expenses. Drawing will be held on Thursday, March 28, 3:30 p.m. at Ellinwood School/Community Library. Cost is $1.00 a ticket or 6 for $5.00. Tickets can be purchased from a Twilight Stitchers Quilt Guild member or at the library. Thank you for supporting the Fisher Family!

Our display case is featuring Table Runners, a Jelly Roll Tote, Mini Barn Raising, and Happy Trails created by Susan Dannebohm, Margaret Evers, Normalee Isern, Linda Sobba, and Eloise Winkelman. Normalee is also featuring quilts made from fabric bought in Scotland and Ireland.

Beautiful large quilts on the display wall include: “Labyrinth” by Joy Schlochtermeier, “Moon’s Across Kansas” by Linda Sobba, “Blue Moon” by Joy Schlochtermeier, “Fly By Night” by Linda Sobba, and “Clean the Closet” by Alice Rush.
