photo courtesy Rush County News Rush County Sheriff Ward Corsair is presented the Patriot Award on Tuesday, March 22, by Deputy Jacob Schluckebier and Howard Partington, representing Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. Corsair was nominated by Schluckebier for the Secretary of Defense award for supporting employee participation in the Reserves. Both Schluckebier and Deputy Brett Straub (not pictured) are Reservists.
