Join the Great Bend Rec for a fantastic PAWesome Easter Egg Hunt for your four-legged canine friends. The event will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, at Veterans Memorial Park next to the Dog Park.

Easter eggs will have small pet-friendly treats inside of them, and others will have vouchers for larger prizes. The hunt will be divided into two-sections, a small dog breed hunt and a large dog breed Hunt. For everyone’s safety, all dogs must be on a leash at all times. 

Registration for the event begins at 1 p.m. and the egg hunt will begin at 1:15 p.m. A fee of $5 per dog will be collected and proceeds will go to improvements at the dog park.

In case of inclement weather, the event will be canceled.
