Larned Juvenile Correctional Facility announced the winners of the employee of the year awards at their annual holiday party held at the Knights of Columbus Dec. 3.
Kenneth Cullison, Juvenile Corrections Officer I, was selected as 2011 Uniformed Employee of the Year. 
Karen Rabenseifner, Information Technology Manager and Julie Snodgrass, Quality Assurance Technician, were co-winners of the 2011 Non-Uniformed Employees of the Year.
