LARNED — Gary Caplinger, Chair, Pawnee County Board of Commissioners, has called a Special Meeting, at 11 a.m. Thursday at the second floor of the Pawnee County Courthouse. The meeting will regard the Pawnee Valley Community Hospital, and Pawnee Valley Medical Center additional staff.
