Charlie Vratil celebrated his 93rd birthday, with friends, during the coffee hour at the Welcome Inn Tuesday. In the picture starting at the left is Valeta Milhon, Jean Vratil, Charlie and Marylee Phinney. Charlies birthday is actually on Sept. 29th. The cake was baked by Charlies wife Jean.
