LARNED -- Pawnee County EMS is hosting a scenario-based training event throughout the community of Larned Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pawnee County EMS Director Kara Lawrence notes that citizens will see increased ambulance activity during the scenario with maybe runs near churches, public parks or individual residences. "If you see them, please do not be alarmed," she said.
