The Wetlands Waterpark in Great Bend is closed for the summer, but it will be open Saturday morning for the Pooch Plunge. This annual event is a time for dogs and their humans to enjoy in the pool, located at 2303 Main. It will run from 8 a.m. to noon and the cost is $5 per dog.
All proceeds will benefit the Great Bend Dog Park in Veterans Memorial Park.
