The Barton County Commission will meet at 9 a.m. Monday at the Barton County Courthouse, 1400 Main in Great Bend. But the meeting will not be open to the public except via live-streaming due to COVID-19 public gathering restrictions.

It will be live-streamed through Microsoft Teams. Citizens may view the meeting through their own sign-in or by signing in anonymously.

The agenda includes: Proclamations for National Nurses Week, Bicycle Awareness Month and Mental Health Awareness Month; a Barton County Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund working capital loan for First Class Auto Design; Sunflower Diversified Early Childhood funding; and the Central Kansas Community Corrections fiscal year 2021 comprehensive plan.
