The purchase of real estate is on the agenda for Monday’s Great Bend USD 428 Board of Education meeting. An executive session for discussion of the proposed purchase is also on the agenda. The meeting will start at 5 p.m. at the District Education Center, 201 S. Patton Road.
The board will also be asked to approve the release of bid requests for a new district phone systems. Bids will be opened on Sept. 23.
Other items on the agenda include approval of gifts and a grant application; curriculum and instruction reports; and an update on the security system at Riley Elementary School.
