The Great Bend Recreation Commission Board approved furnishings for the future pocket designation playground at 2715 18th St.The furnishings include a 12 by 16 pavilion which will provide shade for children and their parents that are enjoying the new playground. Another furnishing that was approved is a 12 by 12 single post shade topper that will cover the slide area. Fencing and a basic information sign were also approved.
