CrossPoint plans trip, concert

CrossPoint Church’s youth group will travel to Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, Mo., at the conclusion of vacation Bible school, youth pastor Randy Mills said. In addition to that, a Christian rap singer will come to Great Bend.
CrossPoint’s VBS for students in grades 7-9 runs from 7-9 p.m. starting Tuesday, July 16 and continuing through Thursday, July 18. The trip to Worlds of Fun on July 19-20 is optional and the cost is $40. Those making the trip will also need to bring some money for food. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required by the first night of the VBS, Tuesday, July 16.
The third day of vacation Bible school, Thursday, July 18, will feature Christian rap singer Brian Brillhart from Hutchinson. Families are welcome. Copies of Brilhart’s new DC may be purchased at the program. Proceeds will be used to help build a new CrossPoint Church at Hutchinson.
