A motorist received only minor cuts after the vehicle they were driving flipped and landed on its top in a concrete drainage ditch at Seventh and Madison around 4-4:30 p.m. Tuesday. According to Great Bend Police Department officers at the scene, the driver’s speed may have contributed to the crash. Madison transitions from concrete to gravel here, and there is a railroad crossing as well. More details will be made available later.
